So I had this Werlock dream tonight. (A warning: dirty words will follow now. If you don’t like it, just ignore it and please don’t blame me)
I dreamed that everyone in London were kinda… werwolfes, but not really. They can’t transform (only a little bit) and they are not only related to wolf, but also all diffent kind of dogs. Sherlock’s a wolf, John’s a Shiba Inu/Corgi Mix. Everyone of the people has their own mating season time, every half a year, and it lasts about 30-40 days. They get really aggressive and animally, some of them even stop talking. It’s a natural thing, everyone knows about it, so people are not confused when you behave strangely or even *** in public. (“THIS IS MY DIVISION GROOOAARGGGHH DIVISION DIVISION DIVISION” - I’m not going tell you more about this part)
There are two kinds of breeding behavior: The one where you just run around and try to mate with everyone (“*** all the chicks!”) and the other one that makes you bound to another person. You then get very protective about that person and stop changing your mating parners. The latter one doesn’t happen often.
So Sherlock dislikes this animallish side of his very much. He managed to stay alone and refused to mate with anyone in all of his mating times before, which was incredibly hardcore. Then he met John, and after some months he gets into his mating time. He manages to get himself under control for 30 days, but then things escalade. I bet you know how.
Because it’s kinda a normal thing, John is okay with that, but after Sherlock tells him that he’d never followed his instincts in mating times before, John get’s amazed and angry and confused. He tells Sherlock that he needs to find some ladies to breed, because it’s not healthy and it’s against his nature and he will NOT be his mating partner again.
But since then Sherlock’s behaving strangely and somehow aggressive. And also overprotective about John.
It turns out that Sherlock has chosen John for his partner, which both of them refuse to believe and especially Sherlock has a hard time dealing with all of those instincts.
Well… yes. okay.

I just can’t ahshagdhdfäg
